HOUSE BILL NO. 447 "An Act relating to the interest rates that may                                  
be charged on loans by the Commercial Fishing and Agriculture Bank"

Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                    
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Ellis                                
objected.
